Looking through Kelly and Ben’s photos from their wedding at Renaissance Chicago Downtown, it’s clear that unforgettable memories were made on their wedding day! Kelly and Ben welcomed almost all of their guests from out of town for their Renaissance Chicago wedding. From our very first interactions with them, we knew we’d love photographing their wedding day!
Their wedding party, made up of their siblings and close friends, was a blast to be with all day long as we roamed the Loop for a few photos they’ll look back on to cherish their day.
We photograph a lot of Chicago weddings, and we just loved the location at Renaissance Chicago for Kelly and Ben’s.
Because Kelly and Ben welcomed guests from out of town, having all their wedding festivities in one place made their celebration seamless. Their loved ones were able to take advantage of endless opportunities to experience Chicago just steps outside of the venue.
The Renaissance Chicago offers stunning views of the city from its floor to ceiling windows. As guests entered the space, they were met with a beautiful, intimate space surrounded by a panoramic view of Chicago. Guests focused on the marriage ceremony and celebration in the center of the room, but were able to experience the grandeur of Chicago with just a glance out the window.
Our favorite part of Kelly and Ben’s wedding was seeing them with their guests. During cocktail hour and beyond, they spend the evening catching up with friends, exchanging love and stories with their closest friends and family. The smiles on their faces never left and it was an unforgettable day.
