When we were planning these engagement photos in Idaho with Keylee and Zack, we knew we wanted to choose a location that featured the beautiful landscape where we could take our time photographing them as the sun went down. We met Keylee and Zack out by the Snake River and loved our time taking photos for them!
We wanted their engagement photos to look and feel like them, so they leaned into a more casual attire and vibe for the session with a walk together at sunset. Watching them in front of the camera that night was like peeking in on a date night. With the location to ourselves, we photographed them as if they were on a date watching the sunset together.
As photographers in Idaho, we love photographing sessions in stunning locations like this one along the Snake River, but it’s important to us to balance these amazing views with photographs focused on the couple and their connection. That was no problem with Keylee and Zack. He made her laugh easily, and they were so comfortable together. With a slow pace, we photographed Keylee and Zack’s engagement photos with some film as well, and we love the way it turned out. Our film shots were some of our favorites from their engagement photos!
